| Disposable Base Molds
Disposable Base Molds have been designed to be compatible with any currently available cassette. The orientation of the specimen is made easier due to the transparency of the mold, while its rounded corners allow for easy block removal and paraffin ribbon continuity. Built up side walls reduce risk of paraffin seepage during embedding. Available in boxes of 400 or cases of 1600.

| Biopsy Pads
Biopsy Pads are made from open-celled foam, which allows fluids to transfer safely and thoroughly around tissue while holding the specimen securely. To prevent floating and avoid artifacts, Biopsy Pads should be presaturated in fixative. The thin design helps eliminate excess pressure from being applied to unfixed specimens, reducing the risk of tissue sticking to the pads or fibers coming apart during embedding. Available in white or blue foam, circular or rectangular. The thinner pads also allow for less fluid carry-over during processing. |

Marking Pens are extremely versatile and can be used on various writing surfaces found in the laboratory.
They have an extra fine point made of rigid nylon for precise marking on glass slides as well as tissue cassettes. The quick drying ink is resistant to most aqueous based stains, alcohols, xylene and xylene substitutes. A tight fitting cap helps prevent drying of the tip.
